When the material goes into the U-shaped groove, the use of friction between the spiral shaft and material can force the material go into th outlet mouth to discharge. 3:Working Condition   WS-LS type shaftless screw conveyor request on the transport of materials: this machine should not transport perishable, viscous, easy caking materials, suitable for granular powder and small caking materials such as dehydrated sludge, coal,food, fertilizer, ashes, sand, and so on. The working environment should be between -10 °C ~ 50 °C, the material temperature shall not exceed 100 °C. Note:1:Screw speed(deviation within 10% allowed)          2:Transport Capacity is horizontal level transportation.          3:If the conveyor is inclined to tilt,the transport capacity should consider the impact of tilt coefficient, tilt coefficient horizontal level is 1,tilted 10 degree is 0.8,tilted 20 degree is 0.65,tilted 30 degree to 0.5.For example: conveyor horizontal transport capacity is 6.6 m3, the throughput for 6.6*0.65=4.3m3, if tilted to 20 degree.
